Step 1: Bottle Sourcing
We partner with local cafes, wineries, and bars to collect bottles that would otherwise be discarded. Many of them are unused or lightly handled — rescued before they hit the bin.
We sort them by color, shape, and thickness, then clean them thoroughly using biodegradable solutions.
Step 2: Cutting & Shaping
Each bottle is scored and heated along a perfect plane to create a clean break. It’s delicate work — too fast and the glass shatters, too slow and the cut isn’t clean.
After the break, we smooth and bevel the edges using a multi-stage sanding and polishing process to ensure they’re safe to use and smooth to the touch.
Step 3: Quality Control
Every glass is inspected by hand — we check for:
Smoothness
Stability
Evenness in height and base
Aesthetics (we love character, but not flaws)
If it doesn’t meet our standard, we repurpose it further — nothing goes to waste.
Step 4: Sustainable Packaging
Your glasses are wrapped in recycled kraft paper and cushioned using biodegradable materials. No plastic. No fillers. Just thoughtful packaging that respects your order and the planet.

We ship via carbon-offset services across Australia, so your glassware’s footprint stays light every step of the way.
